Frequently Asked Questions

No we don’t, although we can offer tinted moisturisers and BB/CC creams with low levels of pigments.

We are a full service manufacturer, which means we do it all from start to end. Read more about the product development service we offer.

We no longer offer those, nor take on just one/two aspects of the manufacturing process. We’d like to focus on being a full service manufacturer and see the whole process through from creating your bespoke formulation, filling and packaging.

We can manufacture for clients outside the UK, but we don’t ship outside the UK. Clients out of the UK will need to arrange shipment of their products.

We will prepare export documentation such as a certificate of free sale, certificate of origin, certificate of manufacture, attestation of registration, and other relevant documents that may be required.

Yes we can. Do get in touch with us about your product range and quantities you need to produce.

Absolutely! We pride ourselves in creating bespoke formulations, and having you be a part of it will further sculpt it to what you’d like it to be. You will be assigned a dedicated account manager and development chemist to work closely with you where you can discuss ingredients and also participate in sampling textures and fragrances.

Unfortunately, that’s not something we’re able to do. While safety tests are a part of our formulation process, as a full service manufacturer, we’d like to see your project through from initial formulation to the manufacturing of your end product.
