With semi-automatic filling suites right through to fully automatic filling lines, herrco offers a wide service to all sizes of brands. Keeping flexibility has always been at the forefront of our business, and with an array of filling equipment and technology we can offer small scale production right through to medium/high sizes.

Herrco can offer filling into all types of packaging including, bottles jars and tubes, in all fill sizes, all filled to GMP standards. All products are coded with a batch number for traceability right back to the origin/batch of the raw materials. We can label all types of packaging in all shapes and sizes, our labelling facility currently comprises of start of the art fully automatic label application lines, and our lines consist of:

2 X servo driven fully automatic full wrap round label application machines
1 X fully automatic tri-roller wrap round label application machine
1 X fully automatic front and back label application machine
1 X fully automatic top and bottom label application machine

Herrco also offers full decorative finishing, including single unit/decorative cartoning, swing tags, tamper evident sealing and much more.
