Herrco Cosmetics has been manufacturing a vast range of cosmetics and toiletries for over 25 years.

Herrco Cosmetics manufactures bespoke formulations for brand leaders, boutiques, premium spas and hotels, as well as high volume multi-national ranges, such as those for supermarkets and national health-shop chains.

Boasting equipment to cater for all order sizes, our manufacturing and mixing vessels can accommodate small 25Kg batches right through to 5 tonnes. Processing millions of units per year, we are presently investing in our core production facilities in order to increase production by 60% in 2012.

With a wide array of specialist machinery, our equipment can fill and seal numerous types of packaging spanning tubes, jars and bottles, and including plastic, glass and PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) materials.

Our purchase orders vary from mass quantities in the multiple hundreds of thousands to fewer premium runs, of a few hundred. Our development team work closely with our customers to best fulfil their brand concepts, we are keen to consider small projects on their own merit as we continually strive to innovate and progress.
